“You donāt have to be extreme, just consistent.” ā Unknown
This morning felt electric. I woke up completely rested, feeling light, happy, and energizedālike Iād been living on my Carnivore + One Meal A Day (COMAD) Diet for months. That emotional high, that sense of clarityāitās so real, and it makes me feel powerful.
I didnāt expect to feel this good this soon, but here we are. Every choice Iāve made latelyāevery meal, every fast, every mindful momentāhas been adding to my knowledge. And today… I felt it. Not just in my body, but in my soul.

Not gonna lieāthis oneās creeping up again. Iām staying off the meds today but being mindful. If it keeps climbing tomorrow, Iāll break the diet with a strict One Meal A Day (OMAD) with zero sugar and meds to pull it back. Discipline, not drama.

After that nasty spike yesterday (no idea whyāmaybe stress, maybe food, maybe just life), Iām thrilled to see it drop today. The body’s talking. I’m listening.
What Today Teaches Us
Every day is a check-in with reality. Not perfectionāprogress. You donāt have to nail it every day. But you do have to show up. The numbers donāt lie. When you listen, adjust, and stay committed, your body rewards you.
This morningās win wasnāt luck. It was the sum of a thousand little choices. Some perfect. Some… not. But together, they moved the needle. Thatās the game.
āSuccess isnāt owned. Itās leased. And rent is due every day.ā ā J.J. Watt
š Whatās Next?
Tomorrowās another chance. A chance to tweak, to learn, to grow stronger. If the blood pressure stays up, Iāll pivot. Maybe tighten the fasting window. Maybe shift to a stricter Carnivore. The plan isnāt carved in stoneāitās carved by results.
See You Tomorrow, my friend! š
Warmly,
Paul
