Day 66 – A Fresh Approach to My Blog

I’m making a change to how I share my journey. At the start of 2025, my focus was entirely on the Carnivore Diet and its benefits—weight loss, mental clarity, energy, and emotional stability. Now, on day 66, I’ve reached a point where these benefits have plateaued at a high point. That’s fantastic for me, but let’s be honest—I’m sure reading about it every day isn’t the most exciting thing.

So, moving forward, I’ll be giving a weekly update on my diet while shifting my daily posts to other health-related topics. And because I thrive on staying busy, I’m ramping up my work, diving deeper into a course I’ve been studying, and even taking on some guest blogging at HappyHealthGuide.com.

But make no mistake—none of this would have been possible for the old Paul without my COMAD (Carnivore + One Meal A Day) Diet. It’s the foundation of everything I’m achieving right now.

Daily Progress

Here’s how I’m doing today:

Weight Loss

DateWeight (lbs)
Weight Goal176.0 (80.0 kg)
2 Jan 2025 – Day 1235.5 (106.8 kg)
31 Jan 2025 – Month 1209.4 (95.0 kg)
28 Feb 2025 – Month 2200.1 (91.2 kg)
7 Mar 2025 – Week 9201.9 (91.6 kg)
8 Mar 2025200.4 (90.9 kg)

📉 Today’s Change: -1.5 lbs (-0.7 kg)
📉 Total Loss (in 63 days): -37.4 lbs (-16.9 kg)
📉 Average Loss Per Day: -0.59 lbs (-0.27 kg)

Good movement on the scale today, and that’s great. It’s good to see that the daily introduction of vitamins and minerals hasn’t hampered the weight loss too much.

A bit high today, so I’ll take some medication to lower it. I don’t take pills daily anymore, which makes me feel a lot freer in my choices about chemical interventions.

My brother-in-law recently passed away due to toxicity from long-term medication use. His doctors never told him to take breaks from his medication, so he took them daily for decades. The smoking and drinking didn’t help, of course. This made me hyper-aware of the importance of balance.

That’s why, even though I believe meat is the least toxic food, I regularly break my Carnivore Diet. Nothing we consume is perfect—everything has some toxins. The key is giving our bodies time to clear them out. Diversify what you breathe, drink, and eat to help your body reset.

For me, that means:

✔️ Breathing deeply at the beach or in the mountains
✔️ Fasting daily (or even for days at a time)
✔️ Rotating food choices, even within the Carnivore framework

Not only will I live longer than the old Paul, but my quality of life will last longer into old age. That’s the plan. I’ll let you know how it goes. 😊

Perfect! Exactly where I want it. A life without insulin resistance is in sight! That means my body will work like it did when I was younger, leading to benefits I can’t even imagine yet.

I’ve been overweight and out of shape for so long—being fit, healthy, and full of energy is a welcome change.

The best part? These short-term wins are only the beginning. The long-term gains will far surpass anything I see now.

Wrapping Up for Now—But the Journey Continues

And that’s where I’ll leave it for today. I don’t feel my progress is just measured in the numbers anymore—it’s felt in the energy, clarity, and the steady rhythm I now have in my daily disciplines. Every step forward, no matter how small, brings me closer to my goals. And on my present eating style, that progress is effortless.

I’ve never had to do so little to gain so much as with my COMAD Diet!

I’ll be back tomorrow with more, but not more of the same. Until then, stay focused, stay strong, and keep moving forward.

See you tomorrow! 😊

Warmly,
Paul
