Day 28: New Beginnings: Balancing Health and a New Job

Today marked the first day in my new job, and it’s a good reminder of just how well the Carnivore Diet and OMAD (One Meal A Day) combination are working. I’m amazed by how much more productive I am on workdays.

By not eating during work hours, I free up so much more time to focus on tasks, and I have just the right amount of energy to stay alert and learn all the new things that come with a fresh start.

Starting a new job can be stressful, but this time, I didn’t have to deal with brain fog, low energy, or pain.

That’s such a huge difference compared to what I’ve experienced in the past, and I’m feeling energized and ready for what comes next.

I’m sticking with the Carnivore Diet and OMAD, and I’m not worried by the lower weight losses.

A loss is a loss and I’ll keep moving forward with consistency, knowing that the progress is real and lasting.

As I continue to lose weight, I expect my blood pressure to keep improving slowly but surely.

I’m really happy with the consistency and improvement I’m seeing.

Exercise

I walked over 3,000 steps today. It wasn’t the 5,000 steps I aimed for, but I’ll give myself some grace as I settle into my new job routine.

I’m learning to balance work and fitness, and I know that with consistency, I’ll continue to improve the number of steps over time.

A New Job and a New Me

Starting this new job while sticking to my Carnivore Diet and OMAD has been an great learning experience.

With the right diet and a positive mindset, I’m finding that I’m more equipped than ever to face challenges. Gone are the days of feeling drained or foggy.

I now have the energy to power through the day without the usual fatigue, and I feel mentally sharper than I have in a long time. These small victories—like seeing my blood pressure improve, feeling more energized, and thinking more clearly—are all signs that the choices I’m making are truly paying off.

It’s amazing to see how the right combination of nutrition and mindset can transform how you handle life’s challenges. The progress I’m making is real, and I’m excited to see what comes next.

See you tomorrow! 😊

Warmly,
Paul
