Day 58 – Pushing the Limits of My Carnivore Diet

Despite running on just four hours of sleep, I feel incredibly alert and ready to dive into a full day of work. It amazes me how much energy I have, even with so little rest.

That said, I’m not sure how long I can sustain this kind of schedule—eight hours on the job, then straight into my personal projects. But for now, I’m pushing through, fuelled by my Carnivore Diet combined with the OMAD (One Meal A Day) plan.

The best part? It’s Friday, which means I can sleep in tomorrow. No alarm at 6:30 am. I’ll be catching up on some much-needed rest. Not that I feel the need for it at this very moment—right now, I’m brimming with energy and ready for a productive day ahead!

Today feels like the perfect time to take a break from eating. Instead of my usual OMAD routine, I’m turning today into a NoMAD (No Meals A Day) fasting day. This should help fast-track my weight loss a little more.

Now that I’m down to 200 lbs, I no longer feel “fat.” I can’t even let my stomach flop out in my daily progress photos—my belly is just naturally flatter now!

With zero sugar going into my body, my blood glucose keeps dropping effortlessly. It’s incredibly satisfying—especially after years of struggling with diabetes. This solution is simple, though not always easy.

Keep Moving Forward, No Matter What

Every single day, I move forward. Sometimes, it’s a big, confident stride. Other times, it’s just a tiny shuffle. But no matter how small, it’s still progress. Success isn’t built in grand leaps—it’s in the quiet moments, the little choices, and the determination to keep going. Every step counts. Stopping isn’t an option.

That being said, tonight feels different. For once, I’m actually tired before midnight. Lately, my body hasn’t wanted to rest until 2 or 3 am, leaving me running on just three or four hours of sleep. But not tonight. Maybe it’s the exhaustion of pushing forward without a break. Maybe it’s the fact that I haven’t eaten all day or that I’ve barely slept in the last three days.

Whatever the reason, I’m listening. Rest matters, too. So tonight, I’m calling it early. Progress isn’t just about movement—it’s about knowing when to pause, recharge, and be ready to prepare for tomorrow. Good night.

See you tomorrow! 😊

Warmly,
Paul
