Day 64 – Living Within Natural Rhythms Rather Than By The Clock

It’s incredible to work full-time and still wake up naturally—without an alarm! That alone feels like a victory. I can’t help but wonder if this is what so many people are missing in their lives.

Bad diets, lack of exercise, and too much time spent idle don’t help. But sleep deprivation might be the silent culprit behind why so many feel angry, miserable, or even depressed.

We push ourselves to live by the clock, but what if we listened to our bodies instead?

I feel incredibly lucky to have a boss who values my productivity over rigid schedules. She recognizes that by starting later and finishing later, I’m actually giving more than if I were forced into a schedule that doesn’t work for me. It’s a win-win. The difference in my energy levels and efficiency is undeniable.

Since this is the only new variable, I’ll be able to track its impact with clarity. Let’s roll with it and see what happens!

A Big Day at Work and an Investment in Speed

Today was another packed workday.

But I made a small investment that will make a big difference—buying myself a color laser printer for work. The office inkjet printer is economical (which is rare for inkjets), but it’s painfully slow. I prefer speed, and I’m willing to pay for it.

It’s a good reminder that sometimes, small upgrades to our environment can boost productivity and lower frustration.

All in all, it was a great day.

See you tomorrow! 😊

Warmly,
Paul
