Day 65 – Breaking Through Last Weeks Losses

The sleep deprivation I battled last week? Gone. Completely.

And I feel amazing again!

That means today is set up to be a super-productive one. Bring it on!

Daily Progress

Here’s how I’m doing today:

3 Mar 2025201.5 (91.4 kg)
4 Mar 2025203.8 (92.4 kg)
5 Mar 2025201.9 (91.6 kg)

📉 Today’s Change: 0 lbs (0 kg)
📉 Total Loss (in 64 days): -35.9 lbs (-16.2 kg)
📉 Average Loss Per Day: -0.56 lbs (-0.25 kg)

Three days in a row without a drop! That almost never happens!

If I don’t see movement tomorrow, I may need to adjust the plan. I was hoping to hold steady on the diet for a couple of weeks before breaking it, but I’ll listen to my body.

💪 Today’s Systolic Change (1st number): +11
💪 Today’s Diastolic Change (2nd number): +3.5

My blood pressure is still hovering near the top of my target range. If it doesn’t drop tomorrow, I’ll take medicine to force it down. I’d rather use pills occasionally than let it stay too high.

The good news? Unlike before, this is now a choice—not a medical necessity.

Blood Glucose

DateBlood Glucose – Before Food

Blood Glucose Goal4.2
2 Jan 2025 – Day 17.2
31 Jan 2025 – Month 14.4

2 Mar 20255.1
3 Mar 20256.1
4 Mar 20256.9
5 Mar 20255.3
6 Mar 20255.5
7 Mar 20254.8

📊 Today’s Change: -1.6 mmol/L
📊 Days in Normal Range (3.9–5.6 mmol/L): 55 out of 64

Back down to 4.8—back to where I want it. That’s a huge win! Keeping it low and stable is my focus, and today’s numbers tell me I’m on track.

Victory in the Details

The scale may be holding steady, but my energy is up, and my blood sugar is where it should be. That tells me something important—this journey is about more than just weight loss. It’s about health, strength, and long-term success. If adjustments are needed, I’ll make them. But for now, I’ll stick with it and keep going.

See you tomorrow! 😊

Warmly,
Paul

Helping people is what lights me up. I’m a curious soul who loves diving into new ideas, uncovering hidden gems of knowledge and sharing what I find. Sometimes, my scientific side takes over, and I overthink things. But I’ve got a creative streak too. There’s an artist in me who loves to dream big and imagine the possibilities. But at my core, if I had to use one word to describe myself—it would be Engineer. I like to build things—whether it’s ideas, solutions, or meaningful connections. So let’s explore, learn, and grow together. I promise to keep it real, keep it fun, and always keep it supportive.
