Round 2, Day 18 – From Fog to Focus: Getting Back On Track

Waking up refreshed and ready can change everything. Today was the complete opposite of yesterday—no fog, no regrets—just clarity and calm. I didn’t need an alarm, and I didn’t need extra willpower. I simply woke up ready.

It feels amazing to be back in my groove. Early rising. Clean eating. Sharp mind.

Game on.

💪 Today’s Systolic Change (1st number): +12.5
💪 Today’s Diastolic Change (2nd number): +5

Both numbers are still high today—above 140/90—so that’s a medication day for me. It’s a simple rule, and it works: when the numbers spike, I treat it seriously.

This reading is still just outside the normal range—but I expect it to drop back tomorrow. I’m sticking to the plan and watching what works. The medications will help too.

🔄 What Changed Everything? I Did.

Yesterday was a reset. Today is a relaunch.

This shift didn’t happen by accident. It came from facing the pain, tracking the numbers, and refusing to give up. I showed up. And this morning, my body rewarded me with peace, energy, and progress.

Lock In What Works

When you find what works—lock it in. Stop experimenting. Stop drifting. If something lifts you up, clears your mind, and brings progress—make it your standard.

Momentum is the gift. Now I have to protect it.

See You Tomorrow! 😊

Warmly,
Paul
