Round 2, Day 27 – Bouncing Back, and Finding My Groove Again

Even slow starts can lead to strong finishes. This morning started with a yawn and a shiver, but just a few minutes later, I was wide awake and ready to take on the day. It might be the winter chill making my blankets feel like the best place on earth. But once I got moving, the fire came back.

I switched things up a little—two small meals inside a 3-hour eating window, and it worked like a charm. This tells me I can loosen the reins slightly and still stay on track.

Small tweaks reveal big truths.

Even when the numbers bounce, I bounce back stronger. The weight is trending down. Glucose is dancing but staying in check. Blood pressure? That’s today’s flag. I’m not aiming for perfection—just consistent progress.

Some days are wild cards. But tracking, experimenting, and staying curious keep me in control of the story I’m writing with my health.
