The right diet doesn’t just change your body—it wakes up your soul.
This morning, I felt alive again. Rested, clear-headed, and itching to get moving—not just physically, but creatively too. Ideas started popping into my head like popcorn. I even found myself dreaming of writing books again. Not just one—maybe two… or twenty! Whether I publish them or not doesn’t matter as much right now. The joy of thinking, of creating, of wanting—that’s a gift all by itself.

Progress isn’t always a straight line.
After bouncing back on the COPAD diet (Carnivore + One Period A Day (3 hours a day for me)), my weight dipped again—but now it’s plateaued. This time, I’m not quitting. I’m not eating carbs or chasing fast fixes. Instead, I’m leaning into the plan. I’ll add a NoMAD fast (No Meals A Day) and keep going strong with Carnivore. Why? Because I feel amazing on it—my energy’s up, my brain’s sharp, and my mood? Better than it’s been in weeks.
This is about more than numbers now.

💪 Today’s Diastolic Change (2nd number): +1
Blood pressure rose fast today—faster than I expected. But here’s the deal: I haven’t taken my meds yet. And I’m not going to, not on an empty stomach. I’ll hold off until tomorrow, especially since I’m planning a longer fast. If my numbers settle down naturally, it’ll be a big win.
Let’s see what one and a half days of fasting does.

This is the kind of number I love seeing—a win I can feel. After yesterday’s spike, my blood sugar has dropped right back where it belongs. That’s the Carnivore diet at work. Clean fuel, no sugar swings, no guessing games.
Fewer carbs. More clarity.
📚 My Final Thought for Today: Stay on the Path That Works
16 hours later and I’m still going!
I used to pull double shifts all the time.
Work late. Sleep short. Do it all again the next day.
That kind of bounce-back was normal when I was younger.
But somewhere along the way, my body stopped letting me do that.
For years, it just wasn’t there anymore.
Until now.
When I say I feel young again, I don’t just mean energy.
I mean my body, my brain, and even my mood feel lighter—sharper—stronger.
And here’s the best part:
You can’t buy this.
This isn’t something anyone can sell you.
Because it’s not made by spending more.
It’s made by choosing less—cleaner food, fewer meals, simpler fuel.
If you’re tired of the ups and downs, double down on what lifts you up. For me, that’s Carnivore and fasting. It helps my body and my mind. The numbers tomorrow will prove it, if my past is anything to go by.
But more than that, I feel good. And that’s what keeps anyone going.
✨ Tiny Wins, Big Shifts
Every day you stay consistent, you change your story.
Whether the scale moves or not, your body knows what you’re doing. So keep going. Eat clean. Track often. Trust your process. Because when you feel good, you do good.
See You Tomorrow! 😊
Warmly,
Paul
