Round 2, Day 5 – Carnivore plus OMAD Transformations

If you’re looking for a way to boost your energy, manage your weight, and improve your health, COMAD (Carnivore + One Meal A Day) might be the game-changer you need. After sticking to this regimen for several weeks, I’ve experienced remarkable results—mental clarity, weight loss, and even physical improvements. While this may not be the ideal diet for everyone, it’s been life-changing for me, and I hope you find a plan that works just as well for you.

Another great, restful sleep, and a full day of work later, I’m still going strong 18 hours later! For me, COMAD just makes life so much easier and more fulfilling.

Everyone is different, so this may not be the right fit for everyone, but if you’re willing to keep looking, your ideal diet is out there. I’m hoping you find yours—the one that enhances every part of your life, just like COMAD has done for me!

Daily Progress

Here’s how I’m doing today:

Weight Loss

8 May 2025 – Worst day207.2 (94.0 kg)
10 May 2025 – Day 1203.5 (92.3 kg)
11 May 2025 – Day 2201.9 (91.6 kg)
12 May 2025 – Day 3199.3 (90.4 kg)
13 May 2025 – Day 4200.4 (90.9 kg)
14 May 2025 – Day 5 199.3 (90.4 kg)

📉 Today’s Change: -1.1 lbs (0.5 kg)
📉 Total Loss (in 5 days): -7.9 lbs (-3.6 kg)
📉 Average Loss Per Day: -1.58 lbs (-0.72 kg)

Back to where I was two days ago! I know from my first round that my average weight loss was 0.45 lbs (-0.21 kg) per day. If I continue at this rate, I’ll reach my goal weight of 176.4 lbs (80 kg) in about 51 days or less.

Knowing these numbers, based on hard-won experience, makes this round of my journey so much easier. Plus, what’s six months of eating less often on a restricted diet when it brings massive mental, emotional, and physical benefits?

Today, I bounded up the stairs two at a time—something I couldn’t have done while on carbs. COMAD makes everything better for me. Say no more!

💪 Today’s Systolic Change (1st number): +9.5
💪 Today’s Diastolic Change (2nd number): +5

My blood pressure has risen a little, but it’s still under 140/90, which I’ve set as my threshold for considering medication. Having a stable rule for this helps me manage my condition better and makes the work I’ve done to understand how my body responds to diet worth it.

Blood Glucose

10 May 2025 – Day 16.4

13 May 2025 – Day 45.2
14 May 2025 – Day 54.3

📊 Today’s Change: -0.9 mmol/L
📊 Days in Normal Range (3.9–5.6 mmol/L): 3 out of 5

A nice drop today! I’m pleased to see my blood glucose stabilize within the normal range after some ups and downs while on carbs, where it would go as high as 7.4 and only as low as 5.9.

Another Day: Another Disability Gone

If you think anything that comes out of the body is “icky,” you may want to skip this part. Here comes a topic that’s often not discussed—incontinence.

When I eat carbs, especially sugar, I suffer from something called urgency incontinence, which means I need to rush to the bathroom, and fast, when the urge hits. This issue was constant when I was eating carbs, even while doing OMAD.

However, just yesterday, I noticed that this problem was gone. After a month of eating mostly carbs, I can now say that the Carnivore Diet made the difference for me. If incontinence is a challenge for you, it might be worth considering the Carnivore Diet as a solution.

Nothing to lose, and everything to gain. That’s how it’s been for me, and I truly hope you find a diet that works this well for you, too.

See You Tomorrow! 😊

Every day is a chance to move closer to your goal, and I’m here sharing the ups and downs of my journey. Stick with it, no matter what—you are one step closer every day.

Warmly,
Paul
