Round 2, Day 51 – 🌞 Woke Up Winning: What the COMAD Diet Does for Me

“You don’t have to be extreme, just consistent.” — Unknown

This morning felt electric. I woke up completely rested, feeling light, happy, and energized—like I’d been living on my Carnivore + One Meal A Day (COMAD) Diet for months. That emotional high, that sense of clarity—it’s so real, and it makes me feel powerful.

I didn’t expect to feel this good this soon, but here we are. Every choice I’ve made lately—every meal, every fast, every mindful moment—has been adding to my knowledge. And today… I felt it. Not just in my body, but in my soul.

Yesterday, I naturally ate less. Less time eating. Less food. Not forced—just listening to my body. And you can see it on the scale. I’m smiling. 😄

Not gonna lie—this one’s creeping up again. I’m staying off the meds today but being mindful. If it keeps climbing tomorrow, I’ll break the diet with a strict One Meal A Day (OMAD) with zero sugar and meds to pull it back. Discipline, not drama.

After that nasty spike yesterday (no idea why—maybe stress, maybe food, maybe just life), I’m thrilled to see it drop today. The body’s talking. I’m listening.

What Today Teaches Us

Every day is a check-in with reality. Not perfection—progress. You don’t have to nail it every day. But you do have to show up. The numbers don’t lie. When you listen, adjust, and stay committed, your body rewards you.

This morning’s win wasn’t luck. It was the sum of a thousand little choices. Some perfect. Some… not. But together, they moved the needle. That’s the game.

“Success isn’t owned. It’s leased. And rent is due every day.” — J.J. Watt

🚀 What’s Next?

Tomorrow’s another chance. A chance to tweak, to learn, to grow stronger. If the blood pressure stays up, I’ll pivot. Maybe tighten the fasting window. Maybe shift to a stricter Carnivore. The plan isn’t carved in stone—it’s carved by results.

See You Tomorrow, my friend! 😊

Warmly,
Paul

Helping people is what lights me up. I’m a curious soul who loves diving into new ideas, uncovering hidden gems of knowledge and sharing what I find. Sometimes, my scientific side takes over, and I overthink things. But I’ve got a creative streak too. There’s an artist in me who loves to dream big and imagine the possibilities. But at my core, if I had to use one word to describe myself—it would be Engineer. I like to build things—whether it’s ideas, solutions, or meaningful connections. So let’s explore, learn, and grow together. I promise to keep it real, keep it fun, and always keep it supportive.
