🛑 Four Hours sleep. That’s All I Got.
Last night’s sleep? Just four hours again, thanks to the growing weight of my workload. But here’s the usual twist of the diet—within minutes of waking up groggy, I was on my feet, face splashed with cold water, right back in the saddle.

That’s the fire in me. The rhythm of a workaholic? Maybe. But I’d rather call it passion with a purpose added to an ideal diet.

A tired body can still carry a committed heart. I might stumble, I might rise slowly—but I won’t quit. But family matters more than my personal missions because they are my greater mission. I’ve had to learn that over my whole lifetime, but that priority is is alive in me now and I love them more each day. Lucky me!
