Round 2, Day 58 – The Power of One Good Day on my Carnivore + OMAD Diet

Waking up without an alarm after seven solid hours of sleep can feel like a full-body reset—and when you’re on a health journey like mine, days like this are golden. Even one day of pure energy, clear focus, and unstoppable momentum is enough to remind you why it’s all worth it.

🎯 I’m Back—And It Feels Amazing

This morning, I woke up naturally—no alarm, no pressure. Just boom—eyes open, heart calm, mind clear. And guess what? I haven’t stopped moving since. I feel alive, like the old me, but somehow better. Sharper. Stronger.

Just one day like this a week would make this whole COMAD (Carnivore + One Meal A Day) journey worth it. It’s not just about the scale—it’s about feeling like you can take on the world. And today, that’s exactly how I feel.

Here’s the weird part—I ate during a longer eating window yesterday… and dropped more weight than usual. Welcome to Bizarro World, where nothing works the way I expect it to!

And yet, it’s working. The truth is, I can’t give you perfect rules to follow—because even I’m discovering new territory. But I can give you honesty. And right now, honesty says: this experiment is working in unexpected ways.

“Success is not always predictable. But consistency invites surprises worth celebrating.”

Okay, we’re still in a strange zone here—but a better one. Blood pressure is coming down again after a week of creeping up. That’s a sign that something is shifting deep inside—maybe my body’s adjusting to this new groove. Either way, I’m listening and logging.

So here’s the twist—after two solid days on COMAD, my glucose should be dropping, right? But nope. It spiked. No cheats. No carbs. Just protein, cheese, water, coffee and time.

What does this mean? Honestly—I don’t know yet. But this journey isn’t just about having the answers. It’s about watching, learning, and adjusting.

“Data tells the story—but only if you’re brave enough to read it with an open mind.”

🎁 One Great Day is All It Takes

Let me be real: not every day feels like today. Some are slow. Some are hard. Some don’t seem to make any sense.

But days like this? They’re everything.

If I get just one day like this every week—where I wake up full of fire, with zero alarms and 100% energy—then all of it… the weighing, the tracking, the tweaking… it’s worth it.

Because it means I’m not stuck. I’m moving. And that means so can you be. If I can do it at my age, so can you!

😊 See You Tomorrow, My Friend

Keep going. Even if it’s weird. Even if it makes no sense. Especially if it makes no sense.

Because something good might be just around the corner. Like today.

Warmly,
Paul
