How COMAD Surprised Me Again (on Just 3 Hours of Sleep)
Running on only 3 hours of sleep, I powered through a full day of hard work without even realizing I hadnāt stopped. Thanks to the COMAD (Carnivore + One Meal A Day) diet, my energy didnāt crashāmy mind stayed sharp, my body stayed strong, and I felt⦠amazing. This way of eating continues to blow my mind.
ā” Three Hours of Sleep. Full Day of Power.
Last night, I barely slept. Just 3 hours. Not ideal, I know. But hereās the wild partātoday, I woke up feeling refreshed. I jumped straight into a tough workday and kept going without missing a beat.
It wasnāt until late in the evening that I realized: Iād worked nonstop, made clear decisions, and stayed upbeat⦠all on three hours of rest.
Thatās the COMAD effect. This combo of Carnivore + One Meal A Day has unlocked something in meāsome deep reserve of energy I didnāt know I had. Itās more than food. Itās fuel for the life I want to live.
āSometimes, your body knows how strong it can beābefore your mind does.ā

Finally. Back in the normal range. And it feels so good.
No sugar crashes. No brain fog. Just clarity and calm. COMAD continues to smooth out my numbersāand more importantly, the way I feel from the inside out.
š§ The Body Leads. The Mind Follows.
What today reminded me is simple: The body keeps scoreābut it also leads the way.
I expected to crash today. I didnāt. I expected to feel scattered. I wasnāt. My body knew what to do. Itās adapting. Healing. Strengthening.
And Iām learning to trust it.
Not every day is perfect. But days like this make it clear: something good is happening under the surface. Quiet, steady change. And Iām here for all of it.
š Youāve got thisāLetās keep going
If youāre thinking about trying COMAD, or any reset that puts your health firstājust know this: even one day of surprise energy, clear thinking, and measurable wins can make it so worth it.
And please, consult with your medical specialist on all of it. When starting anything new, it’s always a good to have someone you trust helping.
š See You Tomorrow, My Friend
