Round 2, Day 59 – šŸ’„ 3 Hours Sleep, All-Day Energy: My COMAD Miracle

How COMAD Surprised Me Again (on Just 3 Hours of Sleep)

Running on only 3 hours of sleep, I powered through a full day of hard work without even realizing I hadn’t stopped. Thanks to the COMAD (Carnivore + One Meal A Day) diet, my energy didn’t crash—my mind stayed sharp, my body stayed strong, and I felt… amazing. This way of eating continues to blow my mind.

⚔ Three Hours of Sleep. Full Day of Power.

Last night, I barely slept. Just 3 hours. Not ideal, I know. But here’s the wild part—today, I woke up feeling refreshed. I jumped straight into a tough workday and kept going without missing a beat.

It wasn’t until late in the evening that I realized: I’d worked nonstop, made clear decisions, and stayed upbeat… all on three hours of rest.

That’s the COMAD effect. This combo of Carnivore + One Meal A Day has unlocked something in me—some deep reserve of energy I didn’t know I had. It’s more than food. It’s fuel for the life I want to live.

ā€œSometimes, your body knows how strong it can be—before your mind does.ā€

Here’s the kicker—I ate during an extended eating window yesterday. Normally, that means no loss, or even a small gain. But today? The scale moved down again.

That’s two days in a row of my body doing the unexpected, and I’m here for it.

Finally. Back in the normal range. And it feels so good.

No sugar crashes. No brain fog. Just clarity and calm. COMAD continues to smooth out my numbers—and more importantly, the way I feel from the inside out.

🧠 The Body Leads. The Mind Follows.

What today reminded me is simple: The body keeps score—but it also leads the way.

I expected to crash today. I didn’t. I expected to feel scattered. I wasn’t. My body knew what to do. It’s adapting. Healing. Strengthening.

And I’m learning to trust it.

Not every day is perfect. But days like this make it clear: something good is happening under the surface. Quiet, steady change. And I’m here for all of it.

😊 You’ve got this—Let’s keep going

If you’re thinking about trying COMAD, or any reset that puts your health first—just know this: even one day of surprise energy, clear thinking, and measurable wins can make it so worth it.

And please, consult with your medical specialist on all of it. When starting anything new, it’s always a good to have someone you trust helping.

😊 See You Tomorrow, My Friend

Warmly,
Paul
