Round 2, Day 62 – Back in the Sweet Spot—COMAD Feels Like Home Now

Returning to the COMAD (Carnivore + One Meal A Day) diet brings me clarity, control, and joy. Here’s how I’m learning to predict—and master—my body’s responses, one disciplined day at a time.

I’m back on COMAD—and let me tell you, it feels like coming home.

There’s a special kind of joy in knowing what works for your body. After weeks of trying, testing, and tracking, I can finally say: this is my groove. I feel fresh. Clear. Happy. It’s not just a diet—it’s a life I love living inside.

The wild swings in mood, energy, and mental sharpness? Gone—or at least, finally understandable.
Every up and down has a reason. And once you can see the pattern, you can shape the outcome.

Now, my next frontier is finding a way to bend the rules just enough to enjoy life—without breaking myself. That’s the balance I’m chasing.

🏆 Days in Normal Range (3.9–5.6 mmol/L): 37 out of 62

This was a first. After a carb bump yesterday, my blood glucose snapped back to normal in one day.
That’s huge. It tells me that my body’s healing, my system is responding faster, and balance is being restored.

🌤️ How I’m Feeling

🧠 Clarity: Back online
💪 Energy: Solid and even
😊 Mood: Confident and upbeat

“When you feel good, you do good.” That’s how this works. I’m not chasing perfection anymore—I’m earning peace by understanding my own rhythms. That’s real success.

🛠️ What’s Working (and What’s Next)

🔁 The COMAD lifestyle is now proven ground for me.
📈 The data is more stable.
⚖️ The weight and BP are playing nice.
🍬 The sugar rebound is real and fast.

My next experiment? Micro-flexing the diet to test how far I can stretch without snapping results. Think of it like tuning a race car: I’m not changing the engine—I’m refining the throttle.

😊 See You Tomorrow, My Friend

Still showing up. Still learning. Still grateful.

Warmly,
Paul

Helping people is what lights me up. I’m a curious soul who loves diving into new ideas, uncovering hidden gems of knowledge and sharing what I find. Sometimes, my scientific side takes over, and I overthink things. But I’ve got a creative streak too. There’s an artist in me who loves to dream big and imagine the possibilities. But at my core, if I had to use one word to describe myself—it would be Engineer. I like to build things—whether it’s ideas, solutions, or meaningful connections. So let’s explore, learn, and grow together. I promise to keep it real, keep it fun, and always keep it supportive.
