At 64, I’m waking up with more energy than I had in my thirties. Here’s how my COMAD and NoMAD fasting lifestyle is opening new levels of clarity, speed, and joy—no drugs required.
This morning was electric.
I rolled out of bed with a spark that didn’t just wake me up—it launched me.
My mind was crystal clear. My body? Restless, eager, almost overflowing with energy.
I weaved through traffic like a race car driver in flow, laughing out loud—not at anything specific, just at how good it feels to be alive.
And then a strange thought hit me:
“Is this what being on speed feels like?”
But here’s the truth—I didn’t take anything.
No pill. No powder. No hack.
This was just my body doing what it was built to do—when treated right.
💥 It’s not drugs unlocking some magic door. It’s diet and discipline opening pathways only “normally” available though substance abuse.
That’s what COMAD (Carnivore + One Meal A Day) and NoMAD (No Meals A Day) fasting have done for me.
They’ve tapped into a path I didn’t know existed. And now that I’ve found it?
I’m not letting go.
At 64, I don’t just feel young. I feel limitless.
This is what every older person’s told me they want. The feeling of youth added to the experience of a long and well lived life. Welcome to my life! And in a clean, sustainable way too! I started this journey looking to lose some weight. And have found something far more valuable; a stability and happiness well beyond what a younger me thought possible!
Find your ideal diet and lifestyle—it’s well worth the time required! It’s taken me nearly 40 years of searching and I can now say it was worth every second!

I swear, my body is grateful for the break. It’s like it uses that time to clean house, repair, reset and I get all of the downstream benefits, for a little discipline.
Oh, and it’s my best weight this year—this feeling is even beyond that goal now.

That’s freedom I didn’t always have. And now, I’m earning it.

💡 What This Feels Like
Imagine stepping into a life where:
✅ Your brain is crystal clear
✅ Your body doesn’t ache or complain
✅ You can move through your day without needing a push
That’s what it’s like right now.
And I know this isn’t magic. It’s momentum. It’s my new normal.
The right food. The right rhythm. The right reasons.
That’s what’s powering this rocket ride.
🔁 A Final Word Before Tomorrow
💬 “The greatest high in life is feeling healthy in your own skin.”
That’s where I’m at.
And if you’re still climbing your way there, don’t stop.
The view from this altitude is worth it.
😊 See You Tomorrow, My Friend
Still showing up. Still learning. Still grateful.
Warmly,
Paul
