Today, every health metric I track—weight, blood pressure, and blood glucose—is in the ideal range. And I got here without any medication. Here’s how I’m winning with data, diet, and daily discipline.
Today was one of those rare days where everything lines up—

📊 Numbers perfect.
✨ Mood unstoppable.
I didn’t take any meds yesterday. Not one. And still…
✅ My lowest weight in over 20 years.
✅ My blood pressure is below goal.
✅ My blood glucose is in range.
This is what winning looks like on paper—and in real life.

And today proves it. I’m not riding a lucky streak. I’m standing on top of the work.
The goal is close now. All I need to do is stay the course just a little longer, and this phase of the experiment will be complete. Then, it’s on to maintenance and the next big breakthrough.
