Round 2, Day 67 – Health and Happiness—All Green Lights

Today, every health metric I track—weight, blood pressure, and blood glucose—is in the ideal range. And I got here without any medication. Here’s how I’m winning with data, diet, and daily discipline.

Today was one of those rare days where everything lines up
🔋 Energy high.
📊 Numbers perfect.
✨ Mood unstoppable.

I didn’t take any meds yesterday. Not one. And still…
My lowest weight in over 20 years.
My blood pressure is below goal.
My blood glucose is in range.

This is what winning looks like on paper—and in real life.

💬 “Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out.” — Robert Collier

And today proves it. I’m not riding a lucky streak. I’m standing on top of the work.

The goal is close now. All I need to do is stay the course just a little longer, and this phase of the experiment will be complete. Then, it’s on to maintenance and the next big breakthrough.

⚖️ Daily Progress:

📉 Total Loss (in 67 days): -22 lbs (-10 kg)
📊 Average Loss Per Day: -0.33 lbs (-0.15 kg)

Third time in four days I’ve hit a new low for the year.
Some of this success comes from NoMAD fasting (No Meals A Day), which isn’t for everyone—but if your body handles it well, like mine does, it works incredibly.

💪 Today’s Systolic Change (1st number): -32.5
💪 Today’s Diastolic Change (2nd number): -16.5

This is the lowest blood pressure I’ve ever recorded without medication.
My body is finally balancing itself just through diet and lifestyle. That’s a big moment.

🙋‍♂️ Of course, always check with your doctor. What works for me may not work for you. But if you’re chasing that number naturally—don’t give up. It’s possible.

🏆 Days in Normal Range (3.9–5.6 mmol/L): 42 out of 67

Still rock-solid.
Cut the carbs and this number behaves.
This is living proof that insulin resistance can be reversed—at least in my body. The key is consistency and curiosity.

💡 What’s Next?

This isn’t luck. It’s my own ideal lifestyle.
Every step tracked. Every meal chosen. Every morning showing up—rain or shine, sleep or no sleep.

I’m not at the finish line yet. But I can see it.

And if you’re on your own journey, remember this:
🎯 You don’t need perfect. You just need progress.

Every green light day means you’re headed the right way.

😊 See You Tomorrow, My Friend

Warmly,
Paul

Helping people is what lights me up. I’m a curious soul who loves diving into new ideas, uncovering hidden gems of knowledge and sharing what I find. Sometimes, my scientific side takes over, and I overthink things. But I’ve got a creative streak too. There’s an artist in me who loves to dream big and imagine the possibilities. But at my core, if I had to use one word to describe myself—it would be Engineer. I like to build things—whether it’s ideas, solutions, or meaningful connections. So let’s explore, learn, and grow together. I promise to keep it real, keep it fun, and always keep it supportive.
